We dispatch orders from multiple Australian warehouses, with most orders shipping within 24 hours. Standard delivery typically takes 3–12 business days, while Express Shipping generally arrives within 1–5 business days depending on your location.
If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all tags. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is covered under a manufacturer's warranty.
Once your return has been received and approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

The Powertac M5 Gen3 delivers up to 2,030 lumens from a rugged, palm-sized body, giving tradies, outdoor enthusiasts and everyday carry users dependable lighting for site work, camping, and low-light situations at home or on the road.
Five brightness levels plus strobe let you dial in the right output, from a 25-day Firefly mode through to full 2,030 lumen Turbo output with a 330 metre beam throw. The aircraft-grade aluminium body has a Type III anodised finish and is IPX8 waterproof to 2 metres, with impact resistance to 2 metre drops, so it holds up to daily knocks and wet conditions. A side switch and tail switch give you fast, one-handed control over brightness and on/off.
