SHIPPING POLICY

GearOut Adventure Company ships from various warehouses throughout Australia.  Alghough most of our items are shipped within 24 hours, please allow 3-14 Days for delivery from time of order placement. On every product page, we put an indication of when Items will ship.

Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday typically are shipped the following business day. For instance, an order placed with overnight shipping during the weekend, is typically shipped on Monday and delivered on Tuesday. Holidays are not considered business days and will cause additional delays. GearOut makes every effort to deliver your order in a timely manner. Delivery times are not guaranteed. High order volumes and transit delays with carriers can cause delayed deliveries.
