Shipping and Returns
We dispatch orders from multiple Australian warehouses, with most orders shipping within 24 hours. Standard delivery typically takes 3–12 business days, while Express Shipping generally arrives within 1–5 business days depending on your location.
If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all tags. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is covered under a manufacturer's warranty.
Once your return has been received and approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Each tether features a DuPont™ Kevlar® aramid fibre cord with an 80 lb (36.3 kg) minimum breaking strength, housed in a lightweight, shatter-resistant polycarbonate case. A stainless steel spring provides smooth, reliable retraction, while the universal wire end fitting allows you to quickly swap compatible gear such as rangefinders, GPS units, game calls and other outdoor essentials.

Care Instructions: Rinse the retractor and fittings with fresh water after use. While submerged, extend and retract the cord several times to help flush out dirt and debris.
