Shipping and Returns
We dispatch orders from multiple Australian warehouses, with most orders shipping within 24 hours. Standard delivery typically takes 3–12 business days, while Express Shipping generally arrives within 1–5 business days depending on your location.
If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all tags. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is covered under a manufacturer's warranty.
Once your return has been received and approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

The VIKTOS Operatus CCW Backpack is built for everyday carry, travel and demanding work, combining durable construction with practical storage and discreet organisation. Made from rugged 600D polyester with a Stormstrike™ DWR finish and weather-resistant Tuff Hyde™ base, it is designed to handle regular use in changing conditions.
An aluminium-reinforced internal frame sheet provides additional load support, while padded shoulder straps and a breathable airmesh back panel improve comfort throughout the day. The pack also includes a removable Hookie™ holster, internal loop panels for compatible accessories and dedicated storage for laptops, hydration and everyday essentials.
