If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all tags. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is covered under a manufacturer's warranty.
Once your return has been received and approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

The VIKTOS Upscale XL is a midsize CCW sling bag for everyday carry users and users who've outgrown a minimalist sling but don't want to step up to a full backpack. The compact Counteract Sling and a day pack - carrying a full-size pistol, a 13" laptop or tablet, and a complete EDC kit in a low-vis profile that works across commutes, travel, and urban environments. The ambidextrous concealed pistol compartment with included universal Velcro® sleeve holster means left or right shoulder carry without compromising draw access.
The main compartment's elastic webbing and internal cargo pocket are sized for the accessories that matter - spare magazines, tourniquet, medkit, and sunglasses - keeping your kit organised and within reach. Chassis construction varies by colourway: MultiCam® variants use water-resistant 500D nylon, while solid colour options use weather-resistant nylon ripstop with carbon fibre reinforcement.
