If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all tags. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is covered under a manufacturer's warranty.
Once your return has been received and approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

The 5.11 Tactical Overwatch Briefcase is a versatile 16-litre work and travel bag that converts from a conventional briefcase into a backpack. It is designed for commuting, flights and mobile work, with padded storage for a laptop or tablet and multiple internal pockets for documents, cables and daily essentials.
The 500D nylon construction provides durability without excessive bulk. Stowable backpack straps, a luggage-handle pass-through and a TSA checkpoint-friendly laptop compartment make it particularly useful for frequent travel, while a concealed quick-access compartment adds flexible storage.
